About Ewa

ICF Certified Coach · MSW University of Pennsylvania · Copenhagen

For more than twenty years I have worked with women navigating pressure, reinvention, leadership and self-doubt.

The women I work with are capable. From the outside they look composed, successful, in control. Internally many feel disconnected from themselves, overthinking decisions, carrying constant pressure, quietly questioning whether they are even allowed to trust what they already know.

That gap between competence and self-trust is where I work.

Maybe you recognise this. You move through your days competently — meetings attended, decisions made, people managed, deliverables delivered. And somewhere in the middle of all of it, there is a disconnection you cannot quite name. From what you actually need. From what you actually think. From the version of yourself that feels less managed and more real.

You are not falling apart. You are functioning at a high level. But something is running on autopilot that used to feel intentional. And the voice that keeps pushing you forward — the one that brought you to this page — that voice knows the difference.

That voice is not wrong. It is the most honest thing about you.

Origin

My story

I grew up in Poland. I left. Norway first, then the United States, then Denmark, where I have lived for the past ten years and where I built this practice.

Each move required me to start over. A new language, a new professional context, a new version of who I was in a room full of people who did not know my history.

I know what it costs to be capable in a system that was not built with you in mind. To build credibility in rooms where you are the outsider. To perform confidence while quietly wondering whether you actually belong.

I have lived this. Three times over.

Background

My background

The circumstances are completely different. The root is the same.

I trained at the University of Pennsylvania in clinical social work and hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Over twenty years I have worked with women across counselling, advocacy and coaching — in the United States, Denmark and beyond.

What those years taught me has never left me.

The women I sat with had lost everything externally. But the pattern underneath — the self-doubt, the belief that worth is conditional on what you produce for others, the inability to name what you actually need — was identical to what I see in the directors, lawyers and senior leaders I work with today.

I did not plan to become a coach. I planned to keep doing the crisis work. But I kept noticing something: the women who came through the most acute moments of their lives and rebuilt — what they rebuilt on was a different relationship with themselves. A quieter, more grounded kind of trust. Not confidence in the performed sense. Something more honest than that.

I wanted to help women get there before the crisis made it necessary.

Method

How I work

My work sits at the intersection of executive coaching, psychological insight and identity-level transformation. I am not interested in surface-level performance strategies — presentation techniques, confidence hacks, productivity frameworks. I am interested in the deeper patterns and core beliefs that shape how you lead, decide and relate to yourself. That is where the real work lives, and that is where lasting change happens.

I create a space where you can be fully yourself — not the composed, capable version you show the world, but the one that is uncertain, tired and still reaching for something more. That space is warm, but it is not soft. I bring depth, structure and an evidence-informed process grounded in neuroscience, narrative coaching and parts work. I will challenge you and hold you gently accountable. I will also hold your vision for you on the days you cannot hold it yourself.

We work with a commitment to being both brilliant and imperfect — because lasting change does not happen in performance mode.

Experience

What it feels like to work with me

Clients often describe me as grounded, direct and emotionally perceptive — someone who challenges in a way that feels clarifying rather than harsh.

Women who work with me often describe a particular kind of relief — not the relief of having solved something, but of finally being allowed to put it down. Sessions feel like coming up for air. Over time something shifts in how they carry themselves: less pressure, more curiosity. Decisions that used to spiral become clearer. The need to please, to perform, to earn their place — it loosens. They give themselves permission to be imperfect and discover that their confidence does not collapse when they do. They feel more connected to who they actually are — their needs, their values, what they want — and they begin to lead from that place rather than from the pressure to get it right.

Why

Why this work matters to me

I have two daughters. When I do this work, I think about them.

I say that not because it sounds good. I say it because it is true.

I want them to grow up in a world where capable women trust themselves. Where self-doubt is not just something women learn to live with. Where the gap between knowing and trusting is something women close — not something they manage quietly for the rest of their careers.

Every woman I work with is part of that world I am trying to build.

In their words

What others say.

Magda
Working with Ewa is like opening a door to a completely different dimension of your own reality — and stepping through it safely. I started with chaos, no ground, no clarity. I ended with things in their place and a sense of coherence. For the first time in my life I decided to do what I actually wanted. I trusted myself a little more. I allowed myself to let go.

Izabela
I believe in myself. I have control over my life. I set boundaries. I trust that I know what is good for me and what is not. I started asking myself what I need. I have learned to listen and communicate my needs.

Joanna
I came to Ewa at a difficult moment in my professional life. I learned to experiment — to understand that making a wrong decision is not a failure, it is part of the process of change. I became calmer. I started delegating and allowing my team to do their work. I learned to be myself with others.
